Motel 6 Canoga Park, CA

Very nice large room. Plenty of room to wheel around in my wheel chair, I did not feel cramped. I would suggest that you get another system for the TV. very little to relax with before bed, poor channel content. The towels and sheets were excellent. The bed sheets were very comfortable. The entry to the room had a too high lip for the wheelchair. It was difficult for us. All in all we had a pleasant experience.

it’s readily apparent that when this motel was built a couple years ago they made some good choices. In particular, the room seemed more spacious than most, including bathroom. Breakfast includes muffins, cookies, coffee, and more a. clean, good bed, TV on wall so as to free up cabinet top space, and adequate well-lighted parking. well above average Motel 6 at the same price point. will return when on same path.

I was presently surprised at how nice the rooms were at this motel. I do not usually stay at Motels and prefer at least 3 1/2 star hotels. This particular location has been remodeled and was more then I expected. I really liked that there was laundry on site. I was also surprised that I did not have one issue with noise the entire three nights I stayed there, it was very quiet both during the day and at night. It was also hassle free to have my cat stay with us. I would stay here again.

I was a little concerned when we arrived the room hadn't looked as clean as I had expected and there was a big gap under the door but honestly it was just what we needed. The air works great the beds are comfortable and the fridge is a decent size. Right now the pool isn't available it looks like they're doing work on it and I know that it says the rooms have microwaves in them but ours didn't so if thats something you absolutely need maybe call first? I did think it was a little weird that when I went to check out and went in the lobby I was told to go outside to the window even though there were 2 employees and one was already helping someone at the window but it wasn't terrible. The way the rooms are layed out though if your neighbors are being loud outside of their room or there is knocking at their door you will hear it.

Really good value for money. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, safe, and the service is excellent. The reception staff speak several languages and are happy to help with directions, taxis, or restaurant bookings. My room had all the basics: a comfy bed, hot shower, and a little fridge. There’s also a small gym downstairs. Perfect for solo travelers or short city breaks. I stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints.

The friendly, professional, and attentive staff were quite lovely toward me last weekend for my 2-day stay. I was given a 1st floor poolside clean quiet room which I very much enjoyed. My only request is that other guests are better monitored for excessively loud talking/yelling in rooms with door/window open, especially in case with their children subjected to adult's yelling in same room. Upsetting and dangerous for children.

The facilities were great! Better than expected! They were roomy, clean, and comfortable. I did not feel as though I was going to be murdered or like there was a dead body hidden in the mattress like I do at most motels. I was disappointed that though my room was nonsmoking, it still smelled like someone had smoked in there. Also, they didn't have a hair dryer. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever. I had a very happy stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice remodeling job. The new allergy conscious design is excellent. No heavy bedspreads no Carpets No heavy draperies. The remodel has resulted in a smart clean simple, small but organized comfortable space. Excellent quiet new air conditioners. Rooms are smaller than some other Motel 6 locations, but the space saving modern upgrades they have made are absolutely a plus. There's a great restaurant in the parking lot that also has some nightlife live music & bar. It's in a busy off tge beaten path area of the valley. They get a lot of locals here, used to be a pretty dirty, unfriendly, even scary, loud and drama filled place With lots of police action. But with the upgrades and a new friendly and professional staff and excellent cleaning crew, it seems to have deterred some of the poorly behaved homeless and criminal element that used to frequent here from misbehaving. Good job! Smart changes.
